About Finetec Precision
Finetec Precision has been established since 1992 by Chris Lord. In 2010 Justin and Becky Jennings bought the business from Chris, who is now enjoying retirement.
Over the last 5 years the team at Finetec have built on the customer base they inherited, and have continued to grow the business.
In 2012 we moved to larger premises, to enable us to invest further in to expanding the company.
Over the years we have built strong, close relationships with our customers. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile to meet each customer's specific requirements. From product development to quick delivery, we will do all we can to meet your needs.
Now a bit about us....
Justin Jennings - Workshop ManagerJustin carried out a full modern apprenticeship as a Turner at one of the World’s leading valve manufacturers, where he worked on a manual lathe. Justin brings a wealth of knowledge and engineering experience having worked manual centre lathes producing small batch work, specialising in a variety of R&D work to programming and operating CNC machines such as Nakamura & Mazak manufacturing a variety of components in various materials to a high standard for Nuclear and M.O.D contracts (ISO 9001-2001). Justin has also worked in Engineering in Australia and New Zealand, where he worked various lathes, mills, borers, a 7M Elgamill carrying out work for mining industry and turned precision components for gearboxes. Justin is a first class engineer who is highly regarded within the engineering industry. He enjoys a challenge and seems to always makes the most complicated and impossible components possible. |

Becky Jennings - Operations ManagerBecky has worked in the UK and overseas, she comes from a sales and marketing background within the travel industry. Becky had very limited knowledge about Precision Engineering when they bought the business in 2010. But she has been keen and quick to learn. In the last 5 years Becky has been in involved in the day to day running of the business from production planning, book-keeping to cleaning, packing and delivering orders. Becky has great attention to detail and is very passionate about Finetec and the service we deliver to our customers. |
